These Terms are drafted in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including but not limited to the Information Technology Act, 2000, Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021, applicable consumer protection laws, and communication policies issued by Meta Platforms Inc., Google, telecom operators, and regulatory authorities.

Our digital platforms are designed to facilitate communication, customer engagement, appointment scheduling, service inquiries, notifications, and customer support through modern communication technologies including WhatsApp Official API and Google RCS Business Messaging.

These Terms establish the legal relationship between Atharva Investments and every visitor, customer, business client, partner, or individual who accesses or uses our services.

By continuing to browse our website or communicate with us electronically, you confirm that you accept these Terms without limitation or qualification.

2. Definitions

9. Subscription Renewal & Termination

Atharva Investments may suspend or terminate subscriptions where:

  • False information has been provided.
  • Payment obligations remain unpaid.
  • Platform misuse is identified.
  • Compliance risks arise.

Termination does not relieve either party from obligations accrued before termination.

10. Use of WhatsApp Official API & RCS

Atharva Investments utilizes Meta’s WhatsApp Official Business API and Google Rich Communication Services (RCS) to provide secure, verified, and efficient communication with customers.

By interacting with us through WhatsApp or RCS, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Communications are sent only to users who have voluntarily provided their contact details or otherwise consented to receive such communications, where required by law.
  • Messages may include service updates, appointment reminders, transaction notifications, customer support responses, verification requests, and other legitimate business communications.
  • Promotional or marketing communications, if any, will be sent only in accordance with applicable laws, Meta Business Messaging Policy, Google RCS policies, and user consent requirements.
  • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time by following the instructions provided in the message or by contacting Atharva Investments directly.
  • Delivery of messages depends on the availability and proper functioning of third-party platforms, internet connectivity, telecom operators, and user devices. Atharva Investments does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free delivery.
  • Users must not misuse our WhatsApp or RCS channels by sending unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, offensive, or misleading content, or by attempting unauthorized access or disruption of our communication systems.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or block communication with users who violate these Terms, applicable laws, or the policies of Meta, Google, or telecom operators.
